The Northwest Voyageurs Canoe and Kayak Club has one of the most extensive trip schedules in Alberta. On most weekends, there are several trips at novice and intermediate levels and there are some week-long trips.
All trips are led by experienced members.
Contact our trip leaders for information about our trips and to register (No later than Wednesday evening please!).
Trips are generally free to club members although contributions to campground fees may be required.

River grade and required skill level are given for each trip but please note that these may vary considerably with changes in river flow. The Trip Leader has the discretion to change any trip due to unfavourable weather conditions or unsuitable water levels. The safety of the group is the major concern.
The Trip Leader indicated on the chart should be contacted no later than the Wednesday prior to the scheduled trip, if you wish to participate. You are responsible for arranging your own boat, partner (If required) and transportation. The Trip Leader may be able to give you some assistance, but call at least a week before, so contacts can be made.
All participants must have signed a waiver form before going on the trip or course, to avoid liability claims against the Club and its members. As a member of the Club you should have signed a waiver and had it witnessed when you paid your membership fees.
